1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ExploreWorld ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received.
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 45 days before departure will receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
• Cancellations between 30-45 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for unused services or early departures.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required health certificates for their destination. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, and money and public liability.

6. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, political unrest, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.

7. Liability

ExploreWorld acts as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during your trip.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of processing your booking and providing travel services. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary for these purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.

11. Changes to Terms
